★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo mesi di contatti e trattative, in cui la signora della suddetta agenzia ci diceva di aspettare, che non c'era fretta (le villette erano ancora in costruzione), con la garanzia che ci avrebbe avvisato appena qualcuno fosse stato interessato e che noi avevamo la priorità assoluta, avendola vista per primi, scopriamo che la villetta nel frattempo è stata vista da svariate persone tra cui una coppia interessata a cui l'affittano. Inutile ricordare la parola data, inutile farle presente che non ci hai MAI chiamato, nemmeno alla fine per dirci che era già stata data via, l'abbiamo sempre dovuta chiamare noi, inutile dire che purtroppo il mondo è pieno di persone che non sono in grado di fare il proprio lavoro. Una riflessione sorge spontanea: se il lavoro dell'agenzia immobiliare non è quello di mediare tra cliente è proprietario e di COMUNICARE, allora a cosa servono, oltre ad avere una percentuale finale dei soldi del cliente? Che amarezza! (Ah, dulcis in fundo: la coppia in questione che ce l'ha soffiata l'ha presa a un prezzo ribassato che avevamo contrattato noi, generosamente per loro, a questo punto!) state alla larga da quest'agenzia!
After months of contacts and negotiations, in which the lady of the aforementioned agency told us to wait, that there was no rush (the houses were still under construction), with the guarantee that she would notify us as soon as someone was interested and that we had the absolute priority, having seen it first, we discover that the house has in the meantime been seen by several people including an interested couple to whom they rent it. Needless to remember the word given, needless to point out that you NEVER called us, not even at the end to tell us that it had already been given away, we always had to call her, needless to say that unfortunately the world is full of people who are not in able to do their job. A reflection arises spontaneously: if the job of the real estate agency is not to mediate between the client and the owner and to COMMUNICATE, then what are they for, in addition to having a final percentage of the client's money? What bitterness! (Ah, last but not least: the couple in question who stole it from us got it at a lower price that we had negotiated, generously for them, at this point!) Stay away from this agency!
