Consigliatissimo Well stocked shop and super friendly staff. The grooming service is great and there are also packages to save you money. Highly recommended

S	Sofka Pantofka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente. Bagnetto di 15 min di certo non con acqua e sapone! In 15 min. non si può fare un bagnetto ad una cagnolina a pelo medio lungo! Ho sospettato uno shampo a secco ma ho lasciato perdere perché non ho voluto indagare troppo. Nel mentre ho fatto oltre 60€ di spesa tra biscottini collarino e targhetta. Alla cagnolina è stato regalato un mini biscottino in omaggio...ho pensato "che personale cortese" ed invece NO! Una volta a casa ho controllato lo scontrino ed ho scoperto che mi avevano addebitato anche il mini mini biscottino a 1€. Meno male che era un regalo? Sconsiglio vivamente. Personalmente ho trovato un posto migliore. Hanno perso una cliente. I strongly advise against. 15 min bath certainly not with soap and water! In 15 min. you can't bathe a dog with medium-long hair! I suspected a dry shampoo but I gave up because I didn't want to investigate too much. In the meantime, I made over € 60 of spending between collar and tag biscuits. The dog was given a mini biscuit as a gift ... I thought "what a courteous staff" and instead NO! Once at home, I checked the receipt and discovered that I had also been charged for the mini mini biscuit at € 1. Luckily it was a gift? I strongly advise against. I have personally found a better place. They lost a customer.

I transferred my Alex's toileting pass from San Pietro Clarenza to Tivoli, I must say that I received an excellent welcome, the staff very kind and very well prepared, if I have to give my opinion 10 and praise in all, definitely to be recommended to everyone my friends.

È evidente che sanno come gestire gli animali e hanno molto esperienza in ciò che fanno. Sono simpatici e bravi. Unica pecca il prezzo che è un po’ più alto di ciò che pagavo in altri negozi sebbene sia possibile fare un abbonamento (utile se porti il cane a lavare almeno una volta ogni tre settimane, non meno). Anche il negozio è molto fornito con crocchette, giochi e snacks di molti tipi e marche diverse. Lo consiglio ?? I tried the toiletry service at this store a while ago, the staff are very friendly and well trained. It is evident that they know how to handle animals and have a lot of experience in what they do. They are nice and good. The only flaw is the price which is a little higher than what I paid in other shops although it is possible to make a subscription (useful if you take the dog to wash at least once every three weeks, no less). The shop is also well stocked with croquettes, games and snacks of many different types and brands. I recommend it ??
