Il capo non è stato mai tolto dalla custodia , quindi era già fallato al momento della vendita.
I strongly advise against this shop, if I could I would give "0" stars! The staff especially the owner behaved badly by not respecting an agreement made over the phone! Sometimes it takes very little to buy customers and today they have lost MANY ...........
The garment was never removed from the case, so it was already bankrupt at the time of sale.

After so many shops that I went to zigo zago I found what I was looking for. A wide choice of first communion dresses, one more beautiful than the other. Excellent hospitality and availability, I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato Piumino, contattato negozio sia telefonicamente che attraverso la pagina Facebook , dove il commesso gentilmente mi ha inviato foto dei piumini disponibili con le richieste da me date, dopo aver visto foto e aver scelto il piumino, ho eseguito il pagamento tramite bonifico tanto che il giorno dopo avevano già spedito il mio pacco e il giorno successivo avevo la merce già a casa ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio a tutti questo negozio per la qualità dei capi firmati, per la professionalità e cortesia del proprietario e del personale.Settimana scorsa, dopo che a Marzo avevo acquistato un vestito x la comunione di mio figlio, che purtroppo è stata annullata, ho chiamato x sapere se si poteva fare qualcosa e con molta cortesia mi è stato risposto che non ci sarebbero stati problemi,Infatti ho riportato il capo e mi è stato fatto il cambio con un buono da spendere in futuro. È da un po' di tempo che compro da Zigo Zago e non ho mai avuto problemi ne con i capi acquistati, tanto meno con l'accoglienza che per quanto mi riguarda posso definire ottima.
I recommend this shop to everyone for the quality of the designer clothes, for the professionalism and courtesy of the owner and staff. Last week, after I bought a dress for my son's communion in March, which unfortunately was canceled, I called x to know if something could be done and with great courtesy I was told that there would be no problems, in fact I brought the garment back and I was exchanged with a voucher to spend in the future. I have been buying from Zigo Zago for some time now and I have never had any problems with the items purchased, much less with the welcome which, as far as I am concerned, I can define excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso dare zero stelle perché non c'è la possibilità. Sono cliente da moltissimi anni e mai come questa volta sono stato trattato malissimo. Acquistato vestito da cerimonia per la comunione di mio figlio al modico prezzo di €235 , causa covid , la cerimonia non è stata fatta . Chiedo cortesemente se c'era la possibilità di restituire il completo , ovviamente tenuto in armadio e mai utilizzato, per poi prenderne un ' altro al momento giusto. Mi viene detto dal proprietario che non c'era nessun problema, oggi vado a riconsegnare il completo per ricevere un buono e che cosa mi sento dire .....che io ho utilizzato e rovinato il completo e che quindi non poteva essere restituito. Sono senza parole. Questa cosa mi fa veramente capire la pochezza di alcune persone. SCONSIGLIO A TUTTI QUESTO NEGOZIO.
I cannot give zero stars because there is no possibility. I have been a customer for many years and never like this time have I been treated very badly. Purchased a formal dress for my son's communion at the modest price of € 235, due to covid, the ceremony was not done. I kindly ask if there was the possibility to return the suit, obviously kept in the closet and never used, and then take another one at the right time. I am told by the owner that there was no problem, today I am going to return the suit to receive a voucher and what I hear ..... that I have used and ruined the suit and therefore it could not be returned. I am speechless. This thing really makes me understand the paucity of some people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ALL.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo, la varietà dei capi per bambini di ogni età, la professionalità e la disponibilità del personale soprattutto della signora Marisa impeccabile nel soddisfare ogni esigenza. Ogni volta che ho avuto un problema di taglie o altro mi hanno sempre accontentata facendomi fare bella figura. Consiglio a tutti di visitare il loro negozio!
I have been going to Zigo Zago for years for me it has become a point of reference since they opened. The value for money is excellent, the variety of clothes for children of all ages, the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, especially Mrs. Marisa, impeccable in her satisfy every need. Whenever I had a size problem or something else, they always satisfied me by making me look good. I recommend everyone to visit their shop!
