★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very glad it is in Latina. However, strange layout and exchange only - no refunds!!!! The staff are nice though. I bought something in the store and after washing it twice it was ruined, the garment was obviously faulty. I took it to the store with the receipt and they said I could change it for something else. I couldnt look there and then because I had to go back to work. A few days later, I returned, spent and hour at the store looking for something to swap it with and when I went to the cash point the staff said I couldn't change it despite the note on my receipt. I bought the garment on 14th Jan and today is 13th - they said it was over 30 day refund policy and I had washed the garment twice, but their policy once allowed a faulty garment to be washed once. I am very disappointed with the customer service I have experienced and now stuck with a faulty garment.8
