β β β β β Sono andato per la prima volta in questo negozio nel 2010, consigliato da un parente, per comprare un hard disk. Allβepoca erano ancora nella sede al lato opposto dello stesso complesso, praticamente un buco. Ho avuto problemi con lβacquisto e prontamente mi hanno cambiato il pezzo in garanzia. Ora, dopo 11 anni e due laptop, un fisso assemblato, un NAS e svariati hard disk e componenti varie comprati in questo negozio, posso dire che sono fantastici. Servizio ottimo, preciso e ricco di spiegazioni tecniche ma perfettamente comprensibili. In caso di problemi (e ne ho avuti perchΓ© sperare di passare indenni sempre nel mondo dellβinformatica Γ¨ unβutopia) risolvono sempre in modo preciso e celere. Il negozio Γ¨ ampio al punto giusto, ben organizzato e ordinato. Il personale gentile, preparato e in gamba. Prezzi un poβ piΓΉ alti che su internet, ma almeno hai la garanzia che se ci sono problemi loro te li risolvonoβ¦ meglio di cosΓ¬β¦ provare per credere!
I first went to this store in 2010, recommended by a relative, to buy a hard drive. At the time they were still in the premises on the opposite side of the same complex, practically a hole. I had problems with the purchase and they promptly changed the part under warranty. Now, after 11 years and two laptops, an assembled desktop, a NAS and several hard drives and various components bought in this store, I can say that they are fantastic. Excellent service, precise and full of technical explanations but perfectly understandable. In case of problems (and I have had them because hoping to always pass unscathed in the world of information technology is a utopia) they always solve precisely and quickly. The shop is large at the right point, well organized and tidy. The staff were polite, knowledgeable and capable. Prices a little higher than on the internet, but at least you have the guarantee that if there are any problems they will solve them for you ... better than that ... try it!
