★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Novembre 2019 la mia auto è stata colpita da una grandinata. a causa della lunga lista di attesa ho dovuto aspettare fino a febbraio 2020 per la riparazione tramite CAR-CLINIC, carrozzeria della rete Quixa. Ne ho approfittato per far riparare a mie spese alcuni graffi pre-esistenti. L'auto mi è stata restituita con verniciatura imperfetta in alcuni punti (sono visibili sul cofano delle bollicine di vernice e sulla fiancata si nota una zona opaca). Ho immediatamente fatto notare il problema al momento del ritiro e mi è stato detto di richiamare dopo 2 settimane per fissare un altro appuntamento per lasciare di nuovo l'auto. Questo significa ulteriore tempo perso (ed ore di permesso dal lavoro) e spese per l'auto sostitutiva. Non sono soddisfatto.
In November 2019 my car was hit by a hailstorm. due to the long waiting list I had to wait until February 2020 for the repair through CAR-CLINIC, bodywork of the Quixa network. I took the opportunity to have some pre-existing scratches repaired at my expense. The car was returned to me with imperfect paintwork in some places (there are bubbles of paint visible on the hood and a dull area can be seen on the side). I immediately pointed out the problem when picking up and was told to call back after 2 weeks to make another appointment to leave the car again. This means further lost time (and hours of leave from work) and expenses for the replacement car. I'm not satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto usufruire dei loro servizi in seguito ad un sinistro, essendo una carrozzeria convenzionata con la mia attuale compagnia assicurativa. L' esperienza è stata più che soddisfacente. Nota di merito per Mauro, il ragazzo che segue il rapporto con i clienti, molto gentile e professionale.
I had to take advantage of their services following an accident, being a body shop affiliated with my current insurance company. The experience has been more than satisfactory. Note of merit for Mauro, the guy who follows the relationship with customers, very kind and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo già apprezzato la professionalità e l’attenzione al cliente del personale in occasione dell’intervento alla mia auto per il tamponamento subito l’anno scorso. Sono riusciti a stupirmi perché, a distanza di mesi, non solo hanno riconosciuto che il difetto che aveva la mia Audi Allroad (una piccola ma fastidiosa vibrazione che pareva provenire dal cruscotto) era conseguenza del sinistro, ma si sono interfacciati direttamente con l’Audi Zentrum, dove avevo portato la vettura, per saldare il conto senza farmi anticipare nulla. Davvero complimenti!
I had already appreciated the professionalism and attention to the client's staff on the occasion of the intervention on my car for the rear-end collisions last year. They managed to amaze me because, months later, they not only recognized that the defect that my Audi Allroad had (a small but annoying vibration that seemed to come from the dashboard) was a consequence of the accident, but interfaced directly with the Audi Zentrum, where I had brought the car, to settle the bill without letting me anticipate anything. Really congratulations!

Accoglienza eccellente, disbrigo delle pratiche assicurative rapido ed efficiente, programmazione ed esecuzione del lavoro perfette. Dalla vetrata dell'ufficio si vede l'officina e sono rimasta colpita dall'ordine e dalla pulizia. La macchina mi è stata restituita lavata ed igienizzata... sembrava nuova! Consigliatissimi!
I turned to Car Clinic in Villorba for the repair of hail damage. Excellent hospitality, quick and efficient handling of insurance procedures, perfect planning and execution of the work. From the office window you can see the workshop and I was struck by the order and cleanliness. The machine was returned to me washed and sanitized ... it looked like new! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a loro tramite la mia assicurazione in seguito ad un tamponamento. Oltre ad avermi riparato l'auto bene e nei tempi stabiliti me l'hanno consegnata pulita lucida ed igienizzata..sono rimasta davvero contenta!!!
I contacted them through my insurance following a rear-end collision. In addition to having repaired the car well and on time, they delivered it to me clean, shiny and sanitized .. I was really happy !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaguar s-type, la parte verniciata ( colore metallizzato), in talune condizioni di luce, evidenza una notevolissima differenza di tonalità con il resto della carrozzeria. Ho richiesto alcuni ritocchi, a pagamento, che non sono stati effettuati. Buona l'accoglienza e la disponibilità ma il tisultato è abbastanza insoddisfacente.
Per correttezza, devo aggiungere di essere stato tempestivamente contattato dal responsabile. Verificata la non perfetta verniciatura ( va precisato che il veicolo ha quasi 20 anni). Viene proposto un nuovo intervento in garanzia entro pochi giorni.
Sempre per dovizia di particolari, prima di scrivere la recensione non ho avuto contatti diretti per esprimere la mia insoddisfazione e di questo mi scuso.
Auto consegnata e tempistiche rispettate. Lavoro eseguito a regola d'arte con verniciatura anche di parti non richieste per un risultato al massimo delle possibilità (va sempre ricordato che il veicolo ha 20 anni e il lavoro non è certamente stato semplice), tutto coperto da garanzia.
Ringraziando gli operatori, esprimo tutta la mia soddisfazione.
Jaguar s-type, the painted part (metallic color), in certain light conditions, shows a very noticeable difference in tone with the rest of the bodywork. I have requested some adjustments, for a fee, which have not been made. Good reception and availability but the result is quite unsatisfactory.
To be fair, I must add that I was promptly contacted by the manager. Not perfect paint has been verified (it should be noted that the vehicle is almost 20 years old). A new warranty intervention is proposed within a few days.
Again for the wealth of details, before writing the review I had no direct contact to express my dissatisfaction and I apologize for this.
Car delivered and deadlines respected. Work performed in a workmanlike manner with painting of parts not required for a maximum result (it must always be remembered that the vehicle is 20 years old and the work was certainly not easy), all covered by warranty.
Thanking the operators, I express all my satisfaction.
