Mi sono lamentato più volte nel corso del tempo ma non vedo nessun miglioramento. Si vede che hanno troppi clienti, beati loro.
 If they answered the switchboard, which is always busy, it would be better.
I have complained several times over time but I don't see any improvement. We see that they have too many customers, blessed are they.

Excellent services for long-term rental car drivers. Test them if necessary and you will be surprised by the willingness to solve your problems. The ALD service is superb but has many conventions.
