Altri conoscenti si sono trovati molto bene, purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso. Se non chiamavo io il computer era ancora la, me lo hanno consegnato con un caricabatterie diverso da quello fornito, e non hanno saputo dirmi altro se non "cambia computer". Non lascio mai recensioni negative, ma in questo caso veramente non saprei che altro dire. Magari mi sono trovato male solo io, ma questa è stata la mia esperienza. I passed some time ago for this ASUS service center as it is the closest to my home. Other acquaintances have found themselves very well, unfortunately I cannot say the same. If I didn't call the computer it was still there, they handed it to me with a different charger than the one provided, and they couldn't tell me anything else except "change computer". I never leave negative reviews, but in this case I really don't know what else to say. Maybe I was just hurting myself, but this was my experience.

Sabato ho portato un PC rotto per fare trasferimento dati su una memoria esterna. Lunedì sera mi hanno telefonato per avvisarmi che era pronto, martedì mattina sono andata a ritirare PC e memoria. Sono stata seguita in tutti i passaggi. Prezzo (30€) molto buono. Grazie per il vostro lavoro e la vostra assistenza. Consigliato!! On Monday evening they phoned me to inform me that it was ready, on Tuesday morning I went to collect PC and memory. I have been followed in all the steps. Very good price (30 €). Un sovrapprezzo di 40€ mi sembra più che esagerato. Altamente sconsigliato. I ordered a charger which I paid € 60 and was told it was original Lenovo, but going to the Lenovo website the same charger with the same serial number cost € 19.90 with free shipping. A surcharge of € 40 seems to me more than exaggerated. Highly not recommended.
