P	Paola dus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo dare una recensione negativa, a negozio vuoto con una sola persona oltre me, nessuna disponibilità a fronte del mio Mac nuovo di soli tre mesi che nonostante ciò ha smesso di funzionare: unico pensiero del commesso è che mi ero presentata a mezz’ora dalla chiusura e avevo necessità di un backup e lui doveva chiudere il negozio… per dare un servizio ad un cliente che ha acquistato un prodotto probabilmente guasto o difettoso 10 minuti anche oltre la chiusura si possono spendere a mio avviso?per me il Mac è uno strumento di lavoro e se non funziona ne va del mio lavoro appunto; in sintesi un servizio al cliente pessimo, ringrazio il titolare quantomeno di avermi chiamata poi per scusarsi Unfortunately I have to give a negative review, with an empty shop with only one person besides me, no availability in the face of my new Mac of only three months which nevertheless stopped working: the clerk's only thought is that I had presented myself within half an hour from closing and I needed a backup and he had to close the shop ... to give a service to a customer who bought a product that is probably broken or defective 10 minutes even after closing can be spent in my opinion? for me the Mac is one work tool and if it does not work, my work goes precisely; in summary a bad customer service, I thank the owner at least for having called me then to apologize

VERY GOOD, VERY KIND AND SUPER EFFICIENT !! In a short time (36 hours !!) they fixed my iPhone. Ho ricevuto un’assistenza rapida e mi sono state fornite informazioni molto chiare (comprensibili anche per chi è un dinosauro tecnologico). Il problema è stato risolto ad un prezzo davvero ragionevole e in pochissimo tempo (qualche ora!). Sono riusciti anche a mantenere intatti tutti i documenti salvati nel pc. Consigliatissimo! I went to this shop for a pc problem. I was followed by Igor who showed me the possible solutions. I received quick assistance and was given very clear information (understandable even for those who are a technological dinosaur). The problem was solved at a very reasonable price and in no time (a few hours!). They also managed to keep all the documents saved on the PC intact. Highly recommended!
