β β β β β Very nice bar to have breakfast or an aperitivo. You can also be delighted with good and healthy plates for lunch. Unfortunately (the reason un not giving them 5 stars) the prices are ridiculously high.

β β β β β A lovely bar behind San Giacomo church and square. You can find an assortment of bread and pastries as well as savour coffee either for a short break or long chats with friends. Friendly staff and a good selection of drinks also merits a stop and just watch the world go by.

β β β β β I've tried their delicious pastries, smoothies, and was very impressed with the presentation of a hot chocolate. It has seating inside but also outside in the lovely piazza San Giacomo if you want to get to know the non-touristy part of Trieste.
