★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buono il pane, le brioches sono grandi e buonissime come del resto le paste creme carsoline. Ho fatto fare per diverse occasioni le torte e tutti le hanno trovate squisite! Unico neo: sono aperti solo al mattino e le paste creme e alcuni tipi di pane si trovano solamente al sabato!
The bread is good, the brioches are large and delicious as are the creams from the Karst. I had the cakes made for several occasions and everyone found them delicious! The only drawback: they are only open in the morning and cream pastries and some types of bread are only available on Saturdays!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buone le tipiche "sciopette" della tradizione locale. Al sabato viene sfornata la pagnotta della domenica ottima per i pranzi famigliari. Personale cortese.
The typical "sciopette" of the local tradition are good. On Saturday the Sunday loaf is baked, excellent for family lunches. Courteous staff.

The bread is delicious, light and crunchy. The focaccias .... The Kalamata olive bread ... Spatial !!! A fixed stop every time I go back to Trieste. The owners are also very kind! Very good!
