A	Antonio PETITTO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dare un giudizio sulle capacità di un professionista è un tema particolarmente delicato ed importante perché in genere si conosce solo l’operato ed il risultato relativo al o ai propri problemi con il rischio anche di sottovalutazioni, quindi mi limiterò alla mia esperienza dove già il timore: ”Sarà il giusto psicoterapeuta?” mi teneva molto sulle mie. La Dr.ssa Zenari è stata in grado di instaurare da subito una relazione terapeutica, cioè il rapporto che si crea tra paziente e terapeuta efficace, un rapporto di rispetto, fiducia e collaborazione che, secondo me, è l’elemento di maggior rilevanza nel determinare il successo di una psicoterapia a qualsiasi livello si debba operare; l’esperienza, la preparazione e le capacità, che di certo non sono mancate, sono state il corretto connubio ad una risoluzione positiva. Per quanto il rapporto tra colleghi non sia affatto terapeutico, anche la terapia é una relazione tra esseri umani. Un terapeuta capace di ascolto, rispetto e accettazione per tutte le opinioni e vissuti anche degli altri colleghi, che sa essere propositiva e inclusiva come Angela, ha certamente una dotazione umana e relazionale autentica, pre-requisito essenziale anche per una terapia, oltre che per ogni relazione umana. É tempo che le persone sappiano valutare anche questo aspetto nella scelta di ogni professionista, soprattutto se a lui si affida cura per il benessere e salute psichica, ma anche fisica. Questo prescinde dalla competenza professionale e tecnica (che pure Angela possiede notevolmente) ma un certo modo di essere, in psicologia, é di per sé una competenza, oltre che una caratteristica che spinge anche a formarsi, ad aggiornarsi, a raffinare il proprio metodo.
