No one answers the phone, sent email by title in two weeks' order and no answer, bad service. Too bad not to have an alternative on Turin.

Very rude staff. Several times I got home and checking the bill, we didn't find all the books I had paid for. thus forcing me to turn back. have made mistakes of several kinds. do not respond to emails. not recommended! even to the most patient person!
