 On advice I changed my robot for the pool, usually I'm quite suspicious but I must say that the boy was able to advise me the best. I am really satisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dopo aver acquistato robot dolphin per la mia piscina, ho notato che, per problematiche del fondo in piastrelle, non riusciva a salire le pareti. l'azienda ed in particolare Luca, si sono fatti carico del problema e, dopo aver analizzato a fondo il caso, mi hanno inviato gratuitamente nuovi accessori per risolvere la questione. professionalità, puntualità ed attenzione al cliente mi hanno davvero colpito!

Assistenza impeccabile ed anche quando ho riscontrato piccole difficoltà sull'apprendimento del funzionamento del robot, lo staff di Zefiro Piscine è stato IMPECCABILE e PUNTUALE a farsi carico delle mie, se pur piccole, problematiche.
Sperando che il mio robot duri più a lungo possibile, sono sicura al 101% che farò nuovamente acquisti solo ed esclusivamente da ZEFIRO PISCINE!

I bought an SF60, following the advice of Mr. Luca and I found myself DIVINELY! Impeccable assistance and even when I encountered small difficulties in learning how the robot works, the staff of Zefiro Piscine was IMPECCABLE and PUNCTUAL to take charge of my, albeit small, problems.
Hoping that my robot will last as long as possible, I am 101% sure that I will make purchases again only and exclusively from ZEFIRO PISCINE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un robot da piscina da Zefiro Piscine e devo dire che sono stati molto professionali nei loro suggerimenti sul robot giusto da comprare viste le mie esigenze e molto veloci nella spedizione. il prodotto era esattamente quello di cui avevo bisogno. a distanza di 3 anni, fuori dalla garanzia sul prodotto, il robot ha avuto qualche problema. Ho scritto all'assistenza per avere informazioni su come spedire il prodotto, ricevendo alcuni suggerimenti su alcune cose semplici da controllare ed effettivamente ho risolto il problema con i suggerimenti ricevuti, con tanto di link ad alcuni video dimostrativi.

I bought a pool robot from Zefiro Piscine and I must say that they were very professional in their suggestions on the right robot to buy given my needs and very fast in shipping. the product was exactly what I needed. after 3 years, out of the product warranty, the robot had some problems. I wrote to support for information on how to ship the product, receiving some suggestions on some simple things to check and actually solved the problem with the suggestions received, complete with links to some demonstration videos.
