★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo venuti per acquistare un rasaerba elettrico, personale arrogante e maleducato. Dopo aver aspettato per quasi 15 minuti ( negozio vuoto) ci siamo rivolti all'unica persona disponibile ( che tra l'altro era senza mascherina) che stava parlando ad alta voce di questioni personali con un suo conoscente. Ci ha sgarbatemente liquidato dicendoci di aspettare altri 5 minuti perché stava parlando con una persona molto importante.
Dato che noi non eravamo persone importanti abbiamo speso i nostri soldi in un altro negozio.

We came to buy an electric lawn mower, arrogant and rude staff. After waiting for almost 15 minutes (shop empty) we turned to the only person available (who by the way was without a mask) who was talking loudly about personal matters with an acquaintance of his. He rudely dismissed us by telling us to wait another 5 minutes because he was talking to a very important person.
Since we weren't important people, we spent our money in another shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cerco un ricambio online, e Google mi indica questo negozio. Faccio km, entro e chiedo. Non lo gestiscono. Perfetto, ci mancherebbe, capita di non avere tutto. Peccato che dopo aver realizzato di non potermi vendere nulla, vengo schifato, neanche salutato.
Mi sono appena trasferito in zona e volevo mettere a posto il giardino. Il negozio è fornitissimo, ma dopo questa esperienza piuttosto che spenderci un euro, faccio 20km e vado al Bricoman a Parma
