Il problema è quando accade qualcosa che non va: nessuno si prende la responsabilità di quanto accaduto. Forse nel mio caso ha giocato un ruolo fondamentale la poca esperienza dell'arredatrice. Ma ho mandato diverse email per spiegare la mia situazione (oltre a una telefonata) e nessuno mi ha risposto (se non un "ti tratteremo bene la prossima volta" dell'arredatrice....) o fornito una soluzione. Mobili di dimensione/colore errati ordinati sulla base di una nostra proposta senza mai rifare il disegno con le effettive dimensioni dei mobili da loro ordinati (il momento del montaggio è stato divertente senza indicazioni grafiche) una mensola sbeccata non cambiata ma solo girata "perché tanto non si vede". La lavastoviglie dopo due mesi, ha avuto ben tre problemi in due anni, i primi due sono stati risolti, il terzo l'ha fatta "morire" completamente, è partita la scheda, ovviamente a garanzia scaduta. In famiglia è già la seconda che si rompe dopo veramente poco tempo... Consiglierei, pertanto, di cambiare fornitori e di prestare maggiore attenzione agli elettrodomestici.
