Excellent mechanical workshop. I personally can only say that Matteo and Guido are always available to resolve any type of intervention on any type of car.

Highly professional staff and always available for a first verification check. Even if you show up in the workshop without an appointment, they don't send you to another day, but try to solve the problem.

90€ di manodopera per sostituire un cavo del cambio.
210€ per il ricambio che in giro si trova tra i 100 e i 140.
Per carità, sono bravi, esperti e veloci ma se cercate un prezzo onesto non rivolgetevi a loro.
Parts sold at double the price ... exaggerated labor.
€ 90 labor to replace a shift cable.
210 € for the spare part that is around between 100 and 140.
For heaven's sake, they are good, experienced and fast but if you are looking for an honest price, don't go to them.

Ho portato la mia auto per una sostituzione delle pastiglie dei freni posteriori e al momento del ritiro dell’auto sono stata informata che erano state sostituite anche quelle anteriori. Costo pastiglie posteriori 49 euro, anteriori 194 euro con sconto del 10%+ manodopera euro 87. Alla mia richiesta di avere un’ulteriore sconticino (vi assicuro che era sufficiente un sconto simbolico) sono stata aggredita dal sig Guido. Vista la reazione spropositata ho fatto notare che dovevano avvertirmi PRIMA del montaggio degli anteriori e non DOPO (sulla sicurezza non avrei avuto problemi a dare il mio ok… )
In conclusione bastava venirmi in contro con un arrotondamento nel totale, scusarsi adducendo che non erano stati in grado di avvisarmi della necessità degli anteriori che avrebbero ancora 2 buoni clienti e non avrebbero una recensione NEGATIVA.
Sconsiglio vivamente
My husband and I have been customers for some time but not since yesterday. I brought my car for a replacement of the rear brake pads and when I picked up the car I was informed that the front ones had also been replaced. Cost of rear pads 49 euros, front 194 euros with 10% discount + 87 euros labor. At my request for an additional discount (I assure you that a symbolic discount was enough) I was attacked by Mr. Guido. Given the disproportionate reaction, I pointed out that they had to warn me BEFORE the assembly of the front and not AFTER (on safety I would have had no problem giving my ok ...)
In conclusion, it was enough to come in against me with a rounding in the total, apologize on the grounds that they had not been able to warn me of the need for the previous ones who would still have 2 good customers and would not have a NEGATIVE review.
