Ho segnalato la cosa direttamente all'azienda e il giorno stesso mi hanno chiesto le foto,poi più nessuna risposta! Ho sollecitato una risposta ma niente! Una stella è ancora troppo! Possono capitare inconvenienti in produzione quindi non condanno nessuno, mi scoccia però che nessuno risponda, nemmeno per scusarsi o dire che faranno più controlli... In fin dei conti il vasetto l'ho pagato per intero e con soldi buoni!
