L	LaLelo Pier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ottimo servizio molto professionale e competente mi hanno caricato smecscaricato la macchina senza fare nessun danno al contrario di altri soccorritori che non so o stati in gradi di sbloccarmi la macchina ein più mi hanno rigato i cerchioni in lega praticamente nuovi, invece quando la volta dopo mi si è fermata ancora la macchina ho chiamato l assistena dicendo che la macchina era bloccata e che bisognava usarli carrelli o qualche Isa del genere però senza fare danni,nessun soccorritore è voluto venire la centrale mi ha detto di provvedere da me che poi mi avrebbero rimborsato,al quarto soccorritore che ho chiamato era la ditta zaro mi hanno risposto che sarebbero venuti subito e di non preoccuparsi e cosi e stato hanno caricato e scaricato la macchina bloccata con dei carrelli apposta si vedeva subito che sapevano fate il loro lavoro e che i carrelli usati erano diversi da quelli che avevano usati l altra officina,ho pagato il servizio e so o stati i soldi meglio spesi se avrò ancora bisogno chiamerò senz'altro la ditta zaro,seri professionali e veloci e li consiglio vivamente An excellent service, very professional and competent, they loaded me and unloaded the car without doing any damage unlike other rescuers who I do not know or were able to unlock the car and in addition they scratched my alloy rims practically new, instead when the next time the car stopped again I called the assistance saying that the car was blocked and that it was necessary to use trolleys or some Isa like that but without causing damage, no rescuer wanted to come the central told me to provide for me that then they would have me reimbursed, the fourth rescuer I called was the zaro company they replied that they would come immediately and not to worry and so it was they loaded and unloaded the car blocked with trolleys on purpose you could immediately see that they knew how to do their job and that the used carts were different from those that had used the other shop, I paid for the service and I know the money was best spent s and i will still need i will definitely call the zaro company, serious professional and fast and i highly recommend them

Ci hanno fatto pagare il preventivo, quando ci hanno detto che non ce lo facevano pagare, e deposito carissimo. Nella maggior parte dei posti non lo fanno neanche pagare Surreal quote. Thieves on all points of view. Customer treatment 0. 700 euros for non-original headlights. They charged us the quote, when they told us they didn't charge us, and a very expensive deposit. In most places they don't even charge for it

Peccato per la poca professionalità e soprattutto per la totale assenza di trasparenza dell'amministrazione come dell'officina, immagino nella figura del titolare o chi per esso. Mi è stato richiesto (e necessariamente ottenuto) il pagamento dell'importo di Euro 50 per visionare il veicolo e diagnosticarne il problema a seguito del deposito presso di loro. Legittimo che vogliano farsi pagare il lavoro, mi sembra tutto sommato normale, ma non che mi impongano di pagar loro 50 Euro pena la ritenzione dell'auto a fronte di un preventivo per la riparazione della stessa senza che nessuno mi informasse che visionare l'auto, dico bene visionare, mi costasse 50 Euro! E non c'è stato verso di discuterne.....probabilmente la loro mano d'opera si aggira sui 200 250 Euro l'ora. Ok per il traino, bravi ragazzi, ma imbarazzante l'atteggiamento dell'officina. Lasciate perdere... Efficient towing service, friendly and helpful staff. Disponibilità pronta, ma solo dietro pagamento...!! ...prezzi non economici !!!! ... I speak in the third person as I have 'assisted' a client of mine. Polite staff but not a lot of professionalism, I must say. Ready availability, but only upon payment ... !! ... not cheap prices !!!!
