★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata dirottata su questo esercizio dalla mia compagnia assicurativa, in quanto avevo bisogno del servizio di carro attrezzi. Non discuto sulla velocità del servizio ( mi hanno subito mandato un messaggio sulle tempistiche e sono state rispettate) quanto sui modi non molto gentili della signora che mi ha telefonato per conferma dell' intervento: premetto che non avevo (per fortuna) mai avuto bisogno del servizio di carro attrezzi e quindi non conosco come viene conteggiato il kilometraggio, fatto sta che l' operatrice mi ha subito detto in modo scocciato che ci sarebbe stato un sovrapprezzo ( cosa che invece l'assicurazione aveva escluso) ed è stata nell'arco della telefonata poco cordiale .
I was hijacked on this exercise by my insurance company, as I needed the tow truck service. I do not argue about the speed of the service (they immediately sent me a message about the timing and they were respected) but about the not very kind manners of the lady who phoned me to confirm the intervention: I state that I had (fortunately) never needed the tow truck service and therefore I do not know how the mileage is counted, the fact is that the operator immediately told me in an annoyed way that there would be a surcharge (which instead the insurance had excluded) and it was during the unfriendly phone call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arroganza, maleducazione. Li chiami per un servizio e sembra che ti fanno un favore. La signora prende gli appuntamenti e poi alza la voce e ti dice che non è vero.
Ci sono tanti bravi meccanici a Como, uno dei quali è dietro questi ciarlatani. Diffidare.
Arrogance, rudeness. You call them for a service and they seem to be doing you a favor. The lady makes the appointments and then raises her voice and tells you it's not true.
There are so many good mechanics in Como, one of whom is behind these charlatans. Be wary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Ho chiamato per fissare un appuntamento. Mi e' stato dato un orario per una diagnostica. Mi sono presentato puntuale e sono stato respinto in maniera sgarbata dalla stessa persona che ha fissato l'appuntamento.
Mantenendo calma ed educazione, ne ho fissato uno nuovo. Questa volta mi e' stato richiesto di lasciare la macchina. Prendo un permesso dal lavoro e mi sposto con moglie e bambina per lasciare la macchina e rientrare al lavoro. Vengo invece trattenuto, ancora sgarbatamente. Mi viene detto che se voglio la diagnosi devo aspettare e non posso lasciare la macchina. Quindi aspetto. Faccio la diagnosi ma non capiscono e non risolvono. Mi viene chiesto di ritornare ancora una volta quando si ripresenta il problema.
Ritorno come da accordi e vengo respinto nuovamente. Mi viene detto nuovamente che se voglio la diagnosi devo lasciare la macchina. Ancora una volta acconsento a lasciarla. Ma non va bene nemmeno cosi'. Devo lasciarla un altro giorno.
Sono costretto a cambiare officina e nauseato.
Bad. I called to make an appointment. I was given a time for a diagnostic. I showed up on time and was rudely rejected by the same person who set the appointment.
Keeping calm and polite, I fixed a new one. This time I was asked to leave the car. I take a leave from work and travel with my wife and child to leave the car and return to work. Instead, I am held back, still rudely. I am told that if I want a diagnosis I have to wait and I cannot leave the car. So I wait. I make the diagnosis but they don't understand and they don't solve. I am asked to come back one more time when the problem recurs.
I return as agreed and I am rejected again. I am told again that if I want the diagnosis I have to leave the car. Once again I agree to leave her. But that's not okay either. I have to leave her another day.
I am forced to change shop and nauseated.
