★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando acquistate da Zara dovete essere consapevoli: i loro articoli molto spesso non sono per niente male (secondo me meglio di H&M) ma i prezzi qualche volta potrebbero (o dovrebbero) essere un po' più abbordabili (con il COVID è aumentato tutto...). Personalmente aspetto i saldi.
 When you buy from Zara you have to be aware: their items are very often not bad at all (in my opinion better than H&M) but the prices sometimes could (or should) be a little more affordable (with COVID everything has increased .. .). Personally I am waiting for the sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the shop really disappointing! Compared with the others Zara around Rome this one has less variety of clothes and mostly shoes! I was looking for a pair of shoes but in the shop there are very little. I asked at least 4 people working there and everyone was insicure, didn’t know what to answer me, they had no idea! If I can ask someone else! No one helped me and they were confused and lost! Like I asked the moon! I asked a pair of sneakers! Also one of this worker that previously was completely lost when I asked him about the shoes and actually was very vague , in the while I was trying quickly a shirt in front of a mirror, because the changing rooms where all busy, he came to me telling me off that I can’t try Shirt there but I have to go to the changing room. I of course tried the shirt on top my cloth, anyway. He just made me upset! I left all my shopping there and I didn’t buy anything! I can say I had orribile experience today in Zara S. Giovanni! Really disappointing shop and very unprofessional staff!!!
And I’m a lover of Zara I buy many clothes in Zara in London where I live, but this one is very bad!
