Staff very kind! We arrived on Sunday for lunch without knowing the sizes or what we needed. The girl who looked after us was really friendly and helpful and helped us from start to finish.

Mi sono recata ieri alla boutique al vulcano di Sesto, la commessa non ci ha salutato ed e stava usando il telefono, le ho chiesto se fosse disponibile un prodotto, mi ha risposto non esiste, le ho detto di averlo visto sul sito e in modo sgarbato mi ha detto: "lo vede esposto? No non c'è esposto", le ho domandato se fosse disponibile in stock, mi ha risposto di sì, le ho domandato se fosse possibile prenderlo, la sua risposta è stata "non vado giù ad aprire le scatole!!!" Non ho parole per l'incompetenza! La poca disponibilità e la maleducazione di questa non professionista!!!!!!

I went yesterday to the boutique on the Sesto volcano, the saleswoman didn't say hello to us and she was using the phone, I asked her if a product was available, she replied it doesn't exist, I told her I had seen it on the website and so rude said to me: "do you see it on display? No there is no exhibit", I asked her if it was available in stock, she said yes, I asked her if it was possible to take it, her answer was "I'm not going down to open the boxes !!! " I have no words for incompetence! The lack of availability and rudeness of this non-professional !!!!!!
