★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivato alla cassa pre acquistare più articoli, la cassiera mi informa che un paio di stivaletti neri esposti per la vendita in realtà non erano acquistabili perchè appartenenti alla vecchia collezione.
Sulla mia richiesta di poterli acquistare, con sufficienza e senza scusarsi mi viene ripetuto che non sono vendibili.
Dopo tanti anni di acquisti presso Zara, un atteggiamento riservato ai clienti veramente deplorevole.
 Arriving at the checkout to buy more items, the cashier informs me that a pair of black ankle boots on display for sale were actually not available for purchase because they belonged to the old collection.
On my request to be able to buy them, with enough and without apology, I am repeated that they are not salable.
After so many years of shopping at Zara, a very deplorable attitude reserved for customers.
