★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi sono recato presso il negozio e dopo aver pagato mi adoperavo a caricare il pellet acquistato a bordo del mio veicolo, nel mentre venivo richiamato in modo maleducato da una persona anziana, la quale urlando si avvicinava e mi diceva se ero sordo!! Lo stesso in modo maleducato mi diceva di non caricare in quanto dovevo aspettare che doveva arrivare un’altro bancale di pellet, preciso che alla cassa mi dissero che potevo caricare. Io capisco che viviamo in una società in cui lo stress padroneggia, ma non sopporto la maleducazione gratuita. Sicuramente è un negozio molto fornito ma come educazione sono carenti.
Today I went to the shop and after paying I tried to load the pellets purchased on board my vehicle, while I was called back in a rude way by an elderly person, who screaming approached and told me if I was deaf !! The same rude way he told me not to load as I had to wait for another pallet of pellets to arrive, I specify that at the cashier they told me that I could load. I understand that we live in a society where stress dominates, but I can't stand free rudeness. It is certainly a well-stocked shop but in education they are lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono ben forniti di materiale edile. Il loro problema è l'attenzione al cliente. Alcuni di loro sono molto scortesi specialmente la signora anziana alla cassa e il dipendente anziano che si occupa anche del trasporto della merce.
