Ho fatto montare le porte dell'appartamento e dopo qualche giorno mi sono accorto che la porta del bagno non si chiudeva. Ho prima segnalato il problema e poi ripetutamente sollecitato l'invio di un tecnico, ma la risposta e' stata sempre che "non avevano operai disponibili". Ho chiesto di poter parlare con uno dei titolari dell'azienda, che prima era sempre disponibile, ma a questo punto questi e' risultato improvvisamente irreperibile, impegnato in faccende piu' importanti o piu' urgenti. Dopo un mese e mezzo di telefonate pacate, mi sono arrabbiato ed ho preteso l'invio di un tecnico. Qualche giorno dopo il tecnico e' arrivato e la sua diagnosi e' stata che non si puo' risolvere il problema perche' la cassa preesistente alla posa della porta scorrevole era di scarsa qualita'. Le mie domande sono: com'e' che durante il sopralluogo del titolare dell'impresa non mi era stato segnalato che le casse (Schuko) erano di qualita' scadente? Com'e' che al termine della posa non mi era stato segnalato che la porta del bagno non si chiudeva e che non si sarebbe mai potuta chiudere? Com'e' che una volta puntualmente e correttamente saldato il conto improvvisamente la ditta non risponde piu' del prodotto fornito e che per poter far venire un tecnico uno deve fare 6 telefonate senza venire mai ricontattato? Com'e' che non e' possibile, da una ditta specializzata, trovare una soluzione affinche' si riesca a chiudere la porta di un bagno (!!!) da lei montata? Tornassi indietro sicuramente mi rivolgerei a qualcun altro I am very dissatisfied with the service provided by this company, which evaporated once the bill was paid. Prezzi nella media, grande cortesia professionalità. Ottima anche la capacità di orientare il cliente nella scelta delle soluzioni e materiali.
