★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso oggi 0.5kg di carne di cavallo macinata.. molto gentili devo dire! Purtroppo non ho guardato bene la carne. Una volta tirata fuori sono rimasto un po’ deluso. Non era di un rosso vivo ma più scura come se fosse vecchia di qualche giorno. Proverò a ripassare
I took 0.5kg of ground horse meat today .. very nice I must say! Unfortunately, I didn't look at the meat well. Once I got it out, I was a bit disappointed. It was not bright red but darker as if it were a few days old. I'll try to review
