I bought from them a used motorbike for my son, since they were on the way for another delivery they transported it home without any increase in costs.Punctual, precise and serious, a pity they are so uncomfortable for me.

Ho preso contatti via email con il concessionario in merito ad un modello di cui sono rivenditori ufficiali (CF moto). Pur non avendo in casa un veicolo di prova al momento della prima comunicazione, mi han tenuto aggiornato sulle evoluzioni delle consegne. Ieri mi han segnalato la consegna di alcuni modelli e vedrò di fare un giro per vedere la moto di cui al momento ho solo visto immagini e video online.
Proprio per questa attenzione al cliente mi sento di premiali con 5⭐.
At the moment I have not yet been able to go to the dealership as it is not very close to where I live.
I contacted the dealer via email regarding a model of which they are official dealers (CF moto). Despite not having a test vehicle at home at the time of the first communication, they kept me updated on the evolution of deliveries. Yesterday they reported to me the delivery of some models and I'll try to take a ride to see the bike of which at the moment I have only seen images and videos online.
Precisely for this attention to the customer I feel like rewarding them with 5⭐.

Una piccola incomprensione causa una comunicazione non fatta al momento del contratto (io ho un carattere focoso e mi scuso se ho esagerato nel rimarcare le mie ragioni) ma abbiamo subito risolto.
Consiglio questo venditore da tempo sul territorio che ho avuto la fortuna di conoscere solo ora.

Personale molto cordiale e preparato su tutta l’ampia gamma di moto che hanno (non solo Kawasaki); sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità e attenti ad ogni esigenza del cliente (ad es. consegna a casa del mezzo senza costi aggiuntivi). Anche in caso di ricambi sono precisi e proattivi nel procurare il materiale. Seppur un po’ distante da casa mia, vale la strada percorsa! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!!
I bought a cf moto 650 from them and the service they offer me is simply impeccable! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff on the entire range of bikes they have (not just Kawasaki); always available for any need and attentive to every customer need (eg home delivery of the vehicle at no additional cost). Even in the case of spare parts they are precise and proactive in procuring the material. Even if a little far from my house, it is worth the journey! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Moto service I trust for repairs, the man doing the most repair work is a young but skilled professional, not the fastest repair shop around but I guess you can't complain as they're pretty busy at times, and that's usually a sign of quality. Theo are also a multi brand motorcycle dealership. They generally do a lot of business with brand new Kymco and Kawasaki bikes but at times they also have some interesting "pre-loved" deals. Can't really evaluate them at sales but they feel professional.
