L'accoglienza e attenzione alle esigenze del cliente, la gentilezza e serietà anche nei più piccoli particolari della contrattazione sono le cose più importanti che mi hanno permesso di dar loro fiducia. Abbiamo cercato un'auto per neopatentati e devo dire che la possibilità di acquistare auto usate controllate dalla stessa concessionaria grazie all'acquisto di mezzi in leasing con scheda particolareggiata su ogni intervento eseguito, ci ha dato una grande sicurezza. Abbiamo potuto anche scegliere il colore della Panda che, nonostante avesse dei piccoli ovvi inconvenienti, essendo appunto usata, ci è stata consegnata anche in anticipo rispetto al promesso, perfettamente sistemata. Ringrazio e terrò sicuramente da conto per il futuro una concessionaria che dà ancora importanza al valore della correttezza e cura della clientela, oltre che avere un'ottima officina. We were also able to choose the color of the Panda which, despite having small obvious drawbacks, being used, was also delivered to us in advance of what was promised, perfectly arranged. I thank and I will certainly keep in mind for the future a dealership that still attaches importance to the value of fairness and customer care, as well as having an excellent workshop.
