Si percepisce chiaramente che non è una struttura creata soltanto per fare soldi, ma dietro c'è un pensiero costruito per il bene dei nostri amici pelosi. Anche i titolari sono affettuosi, gentili, ma soprattutto professionali con noi e con i nostri cani. La forza di questo centro cinofilo risiede nell'amore e nella passione che ci mettono tutte le persone che ci lavorano. Approvato!!! The 5 stars deserves them all. Vivendo sia a Roma, sia a Palermo e avendo sempre avuto cani, posso dirmi un esperto e affermo con assoluta certezza che la qualità di Zampa5Stelle non esiste altrove. Non uso la parola "pensione" perché sarebbe riduttivo, dalla piscina per cani, alle passeggiate nel bosco, al training... le attività che organizzano sono molteplici. Ma soprattutto si può stare assolutamente certi che durante il soggiorno a Zampa5Stelle il vostro cane sarà trattato con cura e attenzione da mani esperte e amorose. CONSIGLIATISSIMO! Oltre le classiche aree di sgambamento hanno pure una piscina, se il Vs cane vorrà provare a nuotare avrà l'occasione di farlo, naturalmente sarà seguito da Ester stessa dentro l'acqua tutto il tempo. Un piccolo suggerimento, prenotate per tempo, perché il posto è molto conosciuto e potreste ritrovarvi a sentirvi dire che sono pieni. ? Era la prima volta che lo lasciavo e inoltre stava seguendo una terapia per un piccolo disturbo. La responsabile del centro mi ha supportata, si è confrontata con il veterinario della struttura e ha accolto il mio tesoro peloso con amore cura e dedizione. si sono occupati di proseguire la terapia farmacologica, gli hanno dato da mangiare aggiungendo previo permesso del cibo umido visto che il mio tesoro faceva un po' di capricci sia per il caldo che per la distrazione di avere dei compagni con cui giocare, lo hanno fatto correre divertire e socializzare.Ho ricevuto foto e aggiornamenti e quando sono andata a riprenderlo lui le faceva festa dimostrandomi quanto si fosse trovato bene. Avere questa struttura a disposizione per le volte in cui non potrò portare con me il mio piccolo peloso mi mi dona una tranquillità, perché sono certa che starà bene e che per lui sarà ogni volta una piccola vacanza Due to sudden work commitment I contacted the center, with great professionalism I was followed and welcomed to do the insertion process of my 1 year old labrador. Un luogo sicuro dove lasciare il nostro cucciolo! Abbiamo ripreso il cane in anticipo comunicandolo solo 1 ora prima e abbiamo trovato cortesia e gentilezza. Hanno provveduto anche al bagnetto!
