★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salendo verso Tonezza, mi capita spesso di fermarmi da Zambon ad Arsiero, per acquistare la sua famosa carne di manzo. Ottima qualità ad un prezzo corretto. Degna di nota la tagliata, preparata con cura, mi viene frollata una bella porzione da circa 1 chilo e mezzo. Fatta alla brace non ha rivali. Ottima anche la costata.
Going up to Tonezza, I often stop to go from Zambon to Arsiero, to buy his famous beef. Excellent quality at a correct price. Note the cut, prepared with care, I get a nice portion of about 1.5 kg. Made on the grill, it has no rivals. The rib is also excellent.
