I primi Zamberlan tenuti 35 anni...quelli attuali sono fatti anche meglio e sono piu' confortevoli. Per fortuna che esistono ancora queste aziende.
Well assorted shop and prices adapted to the Made in Italy product.
The first Zamberlan held 35 years ... the current ones are made even better and are more comfortable. Fortunately, these companies still exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve ho comprato un paio di scarponi ad agosto 2019.. Usati pochissimo.. Mi ritrovo con un paio di scarponi nemmeno qualche mese dopo già usurati dove entra acqua.. Premetto che il primo paio acquistato stesso problema me l hanno cambiato con un modello a dire del rivenditore migliore dove ho aggiunto per differenza fiducioso nel secondo paio.. E niente anche questi dopo pochissimo stesso problema.. Li ho riportati dove li ho comprati ma dopo un po' di tempo mi hanno richiamato dicendo che non si può far nulla.. Delusione! Il PREZZO non è sinonimo di qualita' e garanzia!
Hi I bought a pair of boots in August 2019 .. Used very little .. I find myself with a pair of boots not even a few months later already worn where water enters .. I state that the first pair purchased same problem they changed me with a model a say of the best dealer where I added confident in the second pair for difference .. And nothing even these after a very short time same problem .. I brought them back where I bought them but after a while they called me back saying that nothing can be done. Disappointment! The PRICE is not synonymous with quality and guarantee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible faulty product return policy, customers treated like servants
I tried to return a faulty pair of boots that cost around £320 to Amazon and the marketplace retailer. Both insisted I spend my time and money buying boxes printing labels and Driving to a post office, this is not a customers responsibility, when faulty products are supplied as stipulated in the distance selling regulation and consumer protection Act,part of the purchase is the home delivery, this is included in the price you pay.
So I tried to go through Zamberlan UK’s agent (CDA Limited) as their website says, if it’s easier to return faulty products under warranty to them then do so.
However they have now said the same, I must provide a box etc.
The moral of the story for all customers thinking of buying these luxury / expensive products, is unless you want to be treated like an employee rather than a customer when the products fail after just a few months, don’t do it.
Zamberlan decides who sell their products, so allow this to happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend zamberlan notes, I bought Baltoro GTx Goretex shoes at 2 intervals of 1.5 hours, shoes soaked in damp grass, there was water inside, Polish distributor, rejection of advertisements and also the manufacturer Zamberlan, not responsible I advise against !!! very expensive specialist shoes and such crap ... used from new products for several hours.
