β β β β β Posso dire che l attenzione x il cliente Γ¨ encomiabile . avevo un problema ,creato da terzi , con gli stivali , me l'hanno risolto immediatamente, anche se era indipendente dal loro prodotto , bravi.
I can say that the attention x the customer is commendable. I had a problem, created by a third party, with boots, they solved it immediately, even if it was independent of their product, good.

β β β β β Acquistati da un rivenditore (FREEONTIME) uno stivale da cross ed una scarpa da moto entrambi marchio FORMA. Buono lo stivale, mentre fin da principio la scarpa presenta un difetto ad uno dei fori passanti che recide la stringa e ad una cerniera che si inceppa in continuazione. Dopo numerose richieste di sostituzione, completamente ignorate da parte del rivenditore, faccio riparare a mie spese la scarpa da un calzolaio della mia zona, che mi conferma i difetti di fabbricazione.
Purchased from a dealer (FREEONTIME) a ββcross boot and a motorcycle shoe both FORMA brand. The boot is good, while from the beginning the shoe has a defect in one of the through holes that severs the string and in a zipper that jams continuously. After numerous requests for replacement, completely ignored by the retailer, I have the shoe repaired at my expense by a shoemaker in my area, who confirms the manufacturing defects.

β β β β β Bought some forma terrain tx boots here in the UK from a reseller. Boots failed after first use! No help from reseller in UK so contacted Forma direct. And again no help. Waste of my time and money!
