Ci sono stata diverse volte e l' ultima volta siccome non sapevo quanta fetuccia mi serviva , mi aveva consigliato di prenderne di più e in caso di rendere ciò che avanzavo la prossima volta. A sua detta " meglio sempre averne di più ". Mi sono recata di nuovo per dare un rotolo di fetuccia che era nuovo e comprarne altra e altre cose. In modo arrogante la suddetta signora mi ha risposto che non si rende nulla e che bisogna prendere ciò che si usa e non di più . Rispetto le regole di ogni negozio, ma non accetto l'arroganza e il tono che ha avuto , oltre al fatta che non é coerente. Andrò sicuramente da un'altra parte e consiglio anche a tutti voi di non fare tanta strada come me magari poi ricevendo tali risposte.
I am forced to remove the 5 stars and leave one. The lady proved quite nasty in the sale. I have been there several times and the last time since I did not know how much fetuccia I needed, she advised me to take more and in case to return what I had left over next time. According to him "always better to have more". I went again to give a roll of fetuccia that was new and buy more and other things. Arrogantly, the aforementioned lady replied that nothing is returned and that you have to take what you use and not more. I respect the rules of every shop, but I don't accept the arrogance and the tone it has had, as well as the fact that it is not consistent. I will definitely go somewhere else and I also advise all of you not to go as far as I have, maybe then receiving such answers.
