Abbiamo DA SUBITO detto che ci serve sia una macchina del caffè, sia una macchina snack-bevande.
Il vostro commerciale esordisce dicendo "per noi in un'azienda da 10 dipendenti non ci sono abbastanza consumi da poter fornire quella degli snack, ma magari dopo una prova di un mese con quella del caffè per verificare i consumi reali la fornivate" (della serie, iniziamo bene che dubita dei consumi riferiti a voce), prosegue dicendo che "vi farò avere la proposta" , il commerciale non si fa sentire né vedere per oltre un mese, viva la serietà.
Si presenta poi, senza preavviso, in azienda cercando sbrigativamente di "chiudere il contratto" per la fornitura del caffè.
Alla nostra richiesta di notizie per la macchina snack, risponde che "per così pochi dipendenti non la fornivate".
Pertanto, con calma ed educazione, rispondo che allora non va incontro alla nostra richiesta e non se ne fa niente, visto che altre aziende di zona la forniscono senza alcuna pretesa.
IL "SIGNORE" RISPONDE "BEH ALLORA MI HA FATTO SOLO PERDERE TEMPO" .
Una risposta più PENOSA non poteva dare.
Se ha perso tempo è solo grazie ad un VOSTRO LIMITE.
E buona fortuna, la nostra economia si fonda sulle piccole medie imprese, non vi conviene affatto "discriminarle".
Fortunatamente ci sono numerose alternative nei vostri competitors, dove regna la gentilezza e disponibilità.
