Da anni avevamo loro distributori in salone, una mattina aprendo il salone ci accorgiamo che un loro distributore ha perso acqua durante la notte ( il giorno prima un loro addetto aveva riempito i serbatoi vari) . Avendo un pavimento in legno lo stesso si è gonfiato e l'umidità è salita anche sul muro ( tutto documentato da foto dettagliatissime). Dopo un anno Gesa s.p.a. mi ha risposto che la loro assicurazione non avrebbe pagato il danno causato dal loro distributore. Si rimbalzano le responsabilità tra di loro pur di non assumersele. Fatto sta che noi gli operai li abbiamo pagati per il lavoro di ripristino del pavimento e muro mentre Gesa s.p.a. seguita ad operare in maniera irresponsabile. Persone/aziende pubbliche e private avvisate....... Chi volesse visionare il materiale in mio possesso ( e anche in possesso di Gesa s.p.a. e la loro pessima assicurazione) contattatemi pure. Grazie 31/05/2017 In data odierna, dopo aver riconsiderato i fatti, il direttore generale di Gesa Spa VERONA ha fatto in modo di risarcire la mia azienda in toto. Ci è voluto un anno e tanti mal di stomaco ma, fortunatamente, alcune aziende sono ancora dirette da "persone" non solo capaci di far girare i numeri ma bensì capire l'importanza dei propri clienti. Un grazie al direttore generale e un particolare grazie al responsabile commerciale filiale Verona. For years we had their distributors in the salon, one morning by opening the salon we realize that one of their distributors lost water during the night (the day before one of their employees had filled the various tanks). Having a wooden floor the same swelled and the humidity also rose on the wall (all documented by very detailed photos). After a year Gesa s.p.a. he replied that their insurance would not pay for the damage caused by their distributor. Responsibilities bounce between them to avoid taking them on. The fact is that we workers paid them for the restoration of the floor and wall while Gesa s.p.a. continued to operate irresponsibly. Public / private persons / companies advised ....... Anyone wishing to view the material in my possession (and also in the possession of Gesa s.p.a. and their bad insurance) please contact me. Thank you 05/31/2017 Today, after having reconsidered the facts, the general manager of Gesa Spa VERONA has made sure to fully compensate my company. It took a year and many stomach aches but, fortunately, some companies are still run by "people" who are not only able to make the numbers go round but also understand the importance of their customers.
