★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primo tagliando, personale tecnico e amministrativo dire eccellente è poco.. risolto problema che altre officine fiat non riuscivano o non avevano personale idoneo!! Consigliato anche per i costi la disponibilità e la gentilezza con cui curano la propria clientela!
First service, technical and administrative staff say excellent is little .. solved problem that other fiat workshops could not or did not have suitable staff !! Also recommended for the costs, the availability and kindness with which they treat their customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto questa Officina tramite un amico, ho trovato persone "davvero" Professionali in tutti i settori (dall'accettazione al meccanico). Hanno trovato il problema e riparato la mia auto entro i giorni previsti (2).... che dire è straconsigliatissimo e meriterebbe più di 5 stelle!!!!
I met this workshop through a friend, I found "really" professional people in all sectors (from acceptance to mechanics). They found the problem and repaired my car within the expected days (2) .... what can I say is highly recommended and deserves more than 5 stars !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche se non sembra si fanno revisioni per auto, cosa che mi serviva, la macchina era okk. Tutto ben fatto freni, fari, scarico ecc e hanno disinfettato gli interni .... alla prossima!!!
Even though it doesn't seem like they do any car reviews which I needed, the car was okk. All well done brakes, headlights, exhaust, etc. and they disinfected the interior .... see you next time !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ritengo molto fortunato ad essermi rivolto a questa officina autorizzata Fiat perché molto probabilmente, se avessi lasciato la macchina il altra officina non avrei risolto il problema. Sulla mia Fiat 500x con appena 13000 km pattinava la frizione e vibrava qualcosa a determinati giri del motore. Grazie ad Ottavio, che si è mostrato sin da subito persona gentile e professionalmente competente, è riuscito a notare una leggerissima perdita dal cuscinetto della frizione che appunto provocava il pattinamento oltre al malfunzionamento di uno dei supporti del motore. Dico grazie a lui perché ha perso molto tempo per la ricerca del guasto che in prima diagnosi sembrava non esserci. Ora la macchina non da più questo problema. Grazie ancora a Ottavio per la gentilezza mostrata nello spiegarmi, passo passo, tutto quello che ha fatto, e al personale dell'officina sempre cortese e professionale. Consiglio a tutti di rivolgersi a questa officina perché oggi come oggi è veramente trovare persone preparate e, soprattutto, oneste nel lavoro che eseguono. Grazie ancora.

I consider myself very lucky to have contacted this authorized Fiat workshop because most likely, if I had left the car in the other workshop, I would not have solved the problem. On my Fiat 500x with just 13,000 km the clutch slipped and vibrated at certain engine revolutions. Thanks to Ottavio, who immediately showed himself to be a kind and professionally competent person, he was able to notice a very slight leakage from the clutch bearing which caused skidding in addition to the malfunction of one of the engine mounts. I say thank you to him because he wasted a lot of time looking for the fault that seemed not to exist in the first diagnosis. Now the machine no longer gives this problem. Thanks again to Ottavio for his kindness in explaining to me, step by step, everything he has done, and to the always courteous and professional workshop staff. I recommend everyone to turn to this workshop because today it is really finding people who are prepared and, above all, honest in the work they do. Thanks again.
