★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale accogliente, pulito e ben curato. Il ragazzo che ci lavora, ci ha accolti con grande rispetto e disponibilità. Il cibo era squisito, abbiamo preso una porzione, servita su tagliere, di salumi e formaggi, e due piatti di ravioli molto buoni e due bicchieri di prosecco. Il conto un po salato ma n'è valsa la pena.
 Cozy, clean and well cared for. The guy who works there welcomed us with great respect and availability. The food was exquisite, we took a portion, served on a cutting board, of cold cuts and cheeses, and two plates of very good ravioli and two glasses of prosecco. The bill a bit salty but it was worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo fermati a Cascia dopo essere stati a Norcia. In quest'ultima le proposte alimentari per pranzo erano un po' monotone e dopo una settimana di pasta alla norcina, agnello e affettati avevamo voglia di mangiare altro. Arrivati a Cascia siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi nel trovare questo Bistrot che si distingueva dalle altre proposte del posto già per la scelta dei tavoli e del tema all'interno. Ci siamo seduti e ci hanno portato il menù nel quale c'erano diverse scelte e non solo la cucina locale. Su consiglio del cameriere, molto gentile, abbiamo preso un'insalata di farro e una tagliata di tonno. Entrambe erano ottime, di altissima qualità il pesce e cotto perfetto. Il conto poi è stata un'altra sorpresa perché abbiamo speso pochissimo per quanto e come abbiamo mangiato.

noi ci siamo fermati con un cane di taglia grande e non c'è stato nessun problema.
We stopped in Cascia after being in Norcia. In the latter the food proposals for lunch were a bit monotonous and after a week of pasta alla norcina, lamb and cold cuts we wanted to eat something else. Once in Cascia we were pleasantly surprised to find this Bistrot that stood out from the other proposals of the place for the choice of tables and the theme inside. We sat down and they brought us the menu in which there were different choices and not just the local cuisine. On the advice of the waiter, who was very kind, we had a spelled salad and a steak of tuna. Both were excellent, very high quality fish and cooked perfect. The bill was another surprise because we spent very little on how much and how we ate.

we stopped with a large dog and there was no problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dalle fotografie su google mi aspettavo un bistrot con piatti ricercati, per non dire raffinati. Invece ho trovato piatti molto semplici e nella norma. Sapori niente di che. Molto carina e disponibile la cameriera.
From the photos on google I expected a bistro with refined, not to mention refined dishes. Instead I found very simple and normal dishes. Tastes nothing special. The waitress is very nice and helpful.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.Cenato anche stasera facendoci consigliare dal propietario,ragazzo giovane ma molto professionale. Ottime birre artigianali. Consigliatissimo!!
In Cascia for a short vacation. In the local Za 'faran we dined on the first evening attracted by an interesting menu and, as we have seen, based on excellent products. Excellent value for money. Dinner again tonight with advice from the owner, a young but very professional guy. Excellent craft beers. Highly recommended !!
