Uno dei luoghi dove mangiare la vera cucina siciliana e uscire pieni e soddisfatti!
Dove non arriva il menù, arriva la flessibilità e la gentilezza del personale.
Le sale sono suggestive, rinnovate su una vecchia stazione di posta.
Il conto è assolutamente onesto: 2 antipasti, 4 primi, 2 vini, 2 contorni, 1 dolce e due caffè per 72 €.
Porzioni siciliane, ho detto tutto!

One of the places to eat true Sicilian cuisine and go out full and satisfied!
Where the menu does not arrive, the flexibility and kindness of the staff arrives.
The rooms are suggestive, renovated on an old post station.
The bill is absolutely honest: 2 starters, 4 first courses, 2 wines, 2 side dishes, 1 dessert and two coffees for 72 €.
Sicilian portions, I said it all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono tornato ieri sera, dopo qualche annetto, a mangiare una pizza qui alla Z’Alia. Ho iniziato la serata con un buon vino suggerito da uno dei camerieri, credo il caposala, e mi ha fatto tanto piacere la cura nel dettaglio sia nel proporlo che nel servirlo. Continuando con la pizza ho trovato l’impasto gustoso e leggero, bordi croccanti il giusto, pizza condita senza esagerare e con prodotti eccellenti. Non potevo farmi mancare il dolce che ha chiuso in bellezza questa cena.

I went back last night, after a few years, to eat a pizza here at Z'Alia. I started the evening with a good wine suggested by one of the waiters, I think the head nurse, and I was delighted by the attention to detail both in proposing it and in serving it. Continuing with the pizza, I found the dough tasty and light, crispy edges just right, pizza topped without exaggerating and with excellent products. I couldn't miss the dessert that ended this dinner with a flourish.

Z’Alia è una pizzeria, definibile unica nel suo genere, che si trova a poco chilometri da Palermo, a San Giuseppe Jato.
Siamo certamente rimasti stupiti dai suoi 60 tipi di impasto differenti, tutti studiati per valorizzare al meglio gli ingredienti di ottima qualità che li accompagnano.
Il servizio è stato perfetto nei minimi dettagli, ha saputo saggiamente guidarci nell’abbinamento tra l’impasto e la pizza da noi scelta.
La location è molto semplice ma curata.
Ottimi gli antipasti, consigliamo le patate “vere” con la fonduta di formaggio, davvero strabilianti .
Il conto è perfettamente in linea con l’idea del locale, alla portata di tutti.
Nonostante il locale non si trovi a Palermo, ma appena fuori, vale proprio la pena provarlo.
Lo consigliamo assolutamente!

Z’Alia is a pizzeria, definable as one of a kind, located a few kilometers from Palermo, in San Giuseppe Jato.
We were certainly amazed by its 60 different types of dough, all designed to make the most of the excellent quality ingredients that accompany them.
The service was perfect down to the smallest detail, he wisely guided us in the combination of the dough and the pizza we chose.
The location is very simple but well-kept.
Excellent appetizers, we recommend the "real" potatoes with cheese fondue, really amazing.
The bill is perfectly in line with the idea of the place, within everyone's reach.
Although the restaurant is not located in Palermo, but just outside, it is worth a try.
We absolutely recommend it!
