L’esperienza in negozio è pessima e sconsiglio a chiunque di effettuare acquisti. Le ho chiesto di spiegarmi una promozione, ha cercato di fare impicci sui punti della tessera e per di più mi ha dato della rin**lioi! Le ho lasciato una vagonata di roba e me ne sono andata via. Mai più, piuttosto acquisti online, meglio così che avere a che fare con gente maleducata alla quale sembra che stai facendo un favore se entri e compri. Per di più spruzzava in giro deodorante dicendo che le persone non si lavano, davanti a tutti. I love Yves Rocher products, but I've never met a saleswoman as rude as the blonde one in Viale San Martino. I asked her to explain to me a promotion, she tried to interfere with the points of the card and on top of that she gave me the *! I left her a truckload of stuff and walked away. Never again, rather shop online, better this way than dealing with rude people who seem to be doing a favor if you come in and buy. Sanno ascoltare, valutare e consigliare al meglio i prodotti da acquistare. Tra i brand low cost per la cura della pelle, reputo yves rocher, uno dei migliori per qualità ed elevate potenzialità. Lo consiglio a chi vuole prendersi cura di se stessa senza spendere troppo, ma senza rinunciare ad una buona qualità. Purtroppo la signora che era alla cassa ieri abbassa la qualità del servizio.. credo debba decisamente migliorare il suo atteggiamento in quanto non mette a proprio agio il cliente Good products. Domenica chiuso, non fate orario continuato, lunedì mattina chiuso, chiusura alle 19e30. Trovo tutto questo anomalo considerando che è l unico store a Messina e provincia. I would like to understand with the shop hours you do, for a person who works when it would be possible to come to you?
