La mia esperienza: entro e la farmacista (giovane) si rivolge in modo sgarbato alle persone che erano lì prima di me perché hanno solo chiesto info allo sportello sbagliato.
Quando arriva il mio turno questa persona mi dice che la ricetta è inesistente e si è fatta dettare 3 volte i codici.
Non si è riusciti...
Poi una volta mandata via email la ricetta ha anche protestato dicendo che non era quella la mail dove mandare le cose (ma l'ha indicata lei dallo stesso bigliettino da visita) inoltre continuava a dire che era un file che non si poteva stampare.
Mah.
Era un semplice PDF.
Davanti a questo ha delegato tutto ad una sua collega che è riuscita senza problemi a fare tutto.
