★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buoni prodotti peccato che non ci sono tutti i fondotinti per pelle oscura come la mia. Quindi mi tocca sempre comprare con un rivenditore privato al posto di comprare al negozio.
 Good products pity that there are not all foundation for dark skin like mine. So I always have to buy with a private dealer instead of buying at the store.

Good products, lately the price has risen a bit compared to the past. Orders: zero stars! Indisponent and annoying! They don't have good contact with the public! I have not met even one available or smiling! If you ask for something they look at you smugly! Really embarrassing, choose them better please!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uso questa marca di cosmetici da una decina di anni ormai. La trovo fantastica! In questo negozio che si trova proprio nel centro di Parma mi reco da un 5 anni. Le ragazze che vi lavorano sono tutte gentili e disponibili. I prezzi dei prodotti non esagerati. Lo consiglio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compravo speso in questo negozio attirata dagli sconti per altro fasulli..ma negli ultimi anni non più, fanno credere che i prodotti sono scontati del -30% -40% ma in realtà non è così purtroppo, quindi state alla larga da questo negozio!!
L’ultima volta che mi sono recata in questo negozio si respirava un clima pesante.. dovevo fare un reso e la commessa non era in grado, ragazze poco autonome e non formate!!
Sicuramente non consiglio questo negozio !
I used to buy in this shop attracted by the discounts for other bogus .. but in recent years no more, they make believe that the products are discounted by -30% -40% but in reality it is not so unfortunately, so stay away from this shop! !
The last time I went to this shop there was a heavy atmosphere .. I had to make a return and the saleswoman was not able, girls who were not very autonomous and were not trained !!

Più di un anno fa mi ero recata in negozio per ritirare il mio omaggio (mi era arrivata l'email). La commessa mi ha illustrato le varie promozioni e mi ha chiesto se mi interessava qualche prodotto. Ho risposto che per il momento volevo solo ritirare il mio omaggio, senza acquistare altri prodotti in negozio (credo sia un sacrosanto diritto).
La commessa ha letteralmente lanciato il mio omaggio sulla cassa sbuffando.
Io sono rimasta allibita e sono uscita immediatamente dal negozio.
Episodi del genere non dovrebbero accadere e non ho mai più messo piede in quel negozio.

My review refers to more than a year ago. I could not find the space to explain my experience.
More than a year ago I went to the store to collect my gift (the email arrived). The saleswoman showed me the various promotions and asked me if I was interested in any product. I replied that for the moment I just wanted to collect my gift, without buying other products in the store (I think it's a sacred right).
The contract has literally launched my tribute on the puffing chest.
I was shocked and immediately left the shop.
Such incidents should not happen and I never set foot in that store again.
