Il personale e' molto cortese, soprattutto la responsabile del negozio gentilissima. I recommend these vegetable products for a good value for money and then because the company does not test animals and is committed to safeguarding the planet. Il negozio e' tenuto benissimo: molto ordinato, diviso per "sezioni", con una grandissima varieta' di prodotti per varie linee e c'e', in generale, una bella atmosfera dentro. Le ragazze sono estremamente gentili e super disponibili, che e' per me la cosa piu' importante. Sono stata aiutata prima aiutata da una ragazza con gli occhi azzurri ed i capelli chiari, che mi ha spiegato nel dettaglio di cosa si trattasse la promo che avevano al momento (diagnosi della pelle+prodotto in regalo). Dopodiche', sono stata aiutata da Valeria, che e' stata fantastica. Mi ha fatto la diagnosi della pelle in modo estremamente chiaro ed accurato, ha risposto alle mie domande con disarmante gentilezza, mi ha consigliato una serie di prodotti adatti a me. Insomma, ha perso del tempo per curarsi di me e darmi validi suggerimenti anziche' cercato di vendermi prodotti tanto per, ed ho cosi' anche io capito di cosa ho bisogno per la mia pelle e come mi devo comportare. E devo dire che dopo anche solo un paio di giorni che li sto usando, mi trovo davvero bene. Tornero' sicuramente a visitare il negozio e lo raccomando fortemente! I visited the store this Saturday. Despite having gone quite often to Arezzo over the years, I had never (unfortunately) stopped! The shop is very well kept: very neat, divided by "sections", with a great variety of products for various lines and, in general, a nice atmosphere inside. The girls are extremely kind and super helpful, which is the most important thing for me. I was helped first by a girl with blue eyes and light hair, who explained to me in detail what the promo they had at the time was (skin diagnosis + gift). After that, I was helped by Valeria, who was fantastic. He made the diagnosis of the skin in an extremely clear and accurate way, he answered my questions with disarming kindness, he recommended a series of products suitable for me. In short, he lost time to take care of me and give me valuable suggestions instead of trying to sell me products for so much, and so I also understood what I need for my skin and how I should behave. And I have to say that even after just a couple of days of using them, I feel really good. I will definitely come back to visit the store and I strongly recommend it!

Quella che mi piaceva tantissimo si è trasferita, ma anche ora ogni volta che vado trovo sempre un commessa bravissima e gentilissima. The shop is too small, you can't turn around inside, but the orders are wonderful, kind, prepared. Ho trovato una commessa decisamente sbrigativa e scorretta, cerca di far acquistare più prodotti dicendo cose non veritiere. Si pone in modo non educato e abbastanza scocciato, decide per i clienti, sicuramente quando la vedrò nel negozio non ci ritornerò assolutamente. In compenso il negozio è molto carino, diviso per prodotti, ordinato anche se un po' piccolo! 2 stars only because over the years I have found various orders, most of which are very good. Specialmente una commessa, arrogante, sbrigativa e impaziente.. Non penso proprio di ritornarci. Spero che cambi qualcosa in meglio. I found myself very ill. The shop itself is clean and tidy but it's the behavior that leaves something to be desired. Especially a saleswoman, arrogant, hasty and impatient .. I really don't think about going back. I hope it changes something for the better.
