★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo deciso di visitare la città di Arezzo e siccome il mio amico ama i pullovers è stato tentato da un articolo in vetrina. La prima commessa era occupata, così abbiamo cercato noi stessi la taglia giusta. Un'altra commessa è apparsa dal nulla e ci ha detto con un tono molto aggressivo che se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa dovevamo andare da lei. Non ho apprezzato affatto il tono e il comportamento aggressivo e arrogante di questa persona e poi ci chiediamo perché l'economia va male! Nella mia professione ogni cliente conta, viene accolto e trattato con rispetto. Capisco che questo lavoro è faticoso, ma questo comportamento è semplicemente intollerabile.
 We decided to visit the city of Arezzo and as my friend loves pullovers he was tempted by a featured article. The first order was busy, so we searched for the right size ourselves. Another saleswoman appeared out of nowhere and told us in a very aggressive tone that if we needed anything we had to go to her. I didn't appreciate this person's aggressive and arrogant tone and behavior at all and then we wonder why the economy is bad! In my profession, every client counts, is welcomed and treated with respect. I understand that this work is strenuous, but this behavior is simply intolerable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un solo consiglio per un negozio di per sé già buono: dare ai clienti delle camicie prova pulite, o perlomeno poco usate, e non impregnate di odori dei clienti precedenti e con il colletto nero di sporco. Mi auguro che vengano almeno disinfettate tra un uso e l'altro come previsto dalle normative anti Covid.
Just one piece of advice for a shop that is already good in itself: give customers clean, or at least little used, test shirts, not impregnated with the odors of previous customers and with a black collar of dirt. I hope that they will at least be disinfected between one use and another as required by the anti Covid regulations.

Negozio pulito e sempre ordinato, non se ne trovano così!!! Consiglio vivamente se passate da Arezzo di fermarvi a dare un' occhiata!! ?
I often go to Dan John's in Arezzo, I really like their style ... and the last time I went there to buy a gift, I was assisted by Martina, nice, professional and very available for advice and ideas ... Clean and always tidy shop, they don't find it like that !!! I highly recommend if you pass by Arezzo to stop and take a look !! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato un paio di volte nello store di Arezzo e mi sono sempre trovato bene sia per lo stile dei loro prodotti che per qualità/prezzo. Ho comprato scarpe, camicie, costumi da bagno e per adesso niente da dire e il tutto a prezzi molto bassi. Lo consiglio.
I went a couple of times to the Arezzo store and I have always felt good both for the style of their products and for quality / price. I bought shoes, shirts, swimwear and for now nothing to say and all at very low prices. I advise.
