Senza particolari sforzi ho allenato tutta la muscolatura del mio corpo. Poi, comunque il tutto, supervisionato da un personal trainer sempre presente per tutta la durata della sessione. Non ho ancora detto che tutto ciò che serve per il pre e soprattutto il dopo allenamento viene dato dalla struttura, come ad esempio : spogliatoio personale, doccia emozionale con cromoterapia, intimo usa e getta, tutina ginnica, vari asciugamani, bagnoschiuma, shampoo, crema corpo, cuffietta per capelli, ecc.... Io vi consiglio di provare, uno per chi vuole allenarsi ma ha poco tempo ( non più di una sessione a settimana ) e due perché provare non costa nulla, è completamente gratuito. Consigliatissimo. Vorrei solo un consiglio all’organizzazione premesso che i Personal trading sono davvero tutti bravi, ma dovrebbero non cambiare volta per volta su uno stesso cliente. Nel senso che ad ogni lezione deve essere presente lo stesso Personal per seguire un programma completo ogni volta e magari evitare ripetizioni negli esercizi oppure perché magari già conosce, se ci sono, delle problematiche fisiche del cliente e fargli seguire un percorso adatto. La struttura è veramente ben tenuta, è dotata di spogliatoio singoli che garantiscono privacy e sicurezza sanitaria. L’allenamento è sicuramente efficace, soprattutto se affiancato ad un percorso di traning classico e nutrizionale. Il grande vantaggio è che si allena intensamente tutto il corpo in soli 20 minuti. Ringrazio Mauro e tutto lo staff per l’ospitalità che mi hanno riservato. Consigliato soprattutto a chi a poco tempo da dedicare all’allenamento durante la settimana. With curiosity and interest I approached to try the EMS training proposed by Yuness. The structure is really well maintained, it is equipped with individual changing rooms that guarantee privacy and health safety. Training is certainly effective, especially if combined with a classic and nutritional training course. The big advantage is that it trains the whole body intensively in just 20 minutes.
