★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parlare con un operatore è praticamente impossibile...mettono a ripetizione una lunga tiritera e poi dice premere tasto 1 per parlare con un operatore ma poi riprende il messaggio nuovamente senza metterti in attesa
Talking to an operator is practically impossible ... they repeat a long spiel and then say press key 1 to talk to an operator but then pick up the message again without putting you on hold

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio che loro danno è fondamentale e riveste un carattere molto importante per la società in quanto riguarda la salute dei cittadini. A tal riguardo è molto importante fornire un livello di servizio adeguato.
Non ritengo che nel mio caso sia stato fatto. Dovevo ritirare delle analisi e l’orario per i ritiri del pomeriggio va dalle 17:00 alle 18:30 dal lunedì al venerdì, bene, mi presento ieri giovedì 11/03 alle ore 18:24 ed il laboratorio era chiuso. Le analisi erano importanti, non ero riuscito a ritirarle il giorno prima in quanto impegnato per cui avevo bisogno dei risultati. Capisco le problematiche di qualsiasi tipo che possano capitare, ma gli orari devono essere rispettati.
The service they give them is fundamental and has a very important character for society as regards the health of citizens. In this respect it is very important to provide an adequate level of service.
I don't think it was done in my case. I had to collect some tests and the time for afternoon withdrawals is from 17:00 to 18:30 from Monday to Friday, well, I show up yesterday Thursday 11/03 at 18:24 and the laboratory was closed. The analyzes were important, I had not been able to withdraw them the day before as busy so I needed the results. I understand the problems of any kind that may arise, but the times must be respected.

I was for the first time in this laboratory for exams and I must say that I was very happy right from the booking stage. Very nice and helpful staff. Located in the outskirts of Molfetta, with ample parking. Recommended
