c	chiara lisci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuta oggi in questo locale (non è la prima volta) ma punto uno io e la mia amica abbiamo aspettato un’ora prima di ordinare, che poi è arrivata la cameriera e ci ha dato un foglio in cui dovevamo scrivere l’ordine, dopodiché mi è anche venuta a chiede quello che avevo ordinato! Servizio proprio zero. Per quanto riguarda il cibo tutto buono. I came to this place today (it is not the first time) but my friend and I have waited an hour before ordering, then the waitress arrived and gave us a sheet in which we had to write the order, after which I also came to ask what I had ordered! Service own zero. As for the food, everything is good.

Le ultime 2 stelle a mio avviso le più importanti, per me restano vuote e sono della cordialità e del problem solving (soluzione dei problemi). La "diatriba" è nata ed è stata "pubblicizzata" con toni tutt'altro che amichevoli dal medesimo proprietario, solo perché ho fatto notare con toni pacati e privati(tanto è che neanche 4 persone con me al tavolo avessero capito di cosa io stessi parlando, e il locale era pure mezzo vuoto) che il frappè era leggermente insipido(troppo ghiaccio), a mio personalissimo parere. In 2 anni di assidua frequentazione e una valanga di complimenti, per tanto poco è scoppiato il putiferio. Qualcuno già ha notato e scritto qui, quanto io ho solo pacatamente segnalato! L'ho visto adesso, e cioè che il troppo ghiaccio allunga e diluisce i sapori, io mi sono sentito dire invece, anche se non aveva sentito nessuno, che di fatto il locale andava riscattato dalla mia affermazione ritenuta non veritiera per diritto di difesa, allora quello esercitato qui da me, si chiama diritto di replica! In ogni caso, ringraziamo comunque. Despite myself, I am forced to update the review, lowering the rating. The "controversy" was born and has been "hyped" in tones anything but friendly by the same owner, just because I pointed out in soothing tones and private (so much so that even 4 people with me at the table had understood what I was going speaking, and the place was also half empty) that the milkshake was slightly tasteless (too much ice), in my personal opinion. In 2 years of assiduous frequentation and an avalanche of compliments, for so little the ruckus broke out. Someone has already noticed and written here, as I have only quietly pointed out! I saw it now, namely that too much ice longer and dilutes the flavors, I have heard the other hand, even though he had not heard anyone, that in fact the place was redeemed by my not considered true statement for the right of defense, then the one exercised here by me is called the right of reply! Ottima anche la caffetteria, caffè buono, cappuccino fatto come si deve e che sa veramente di caffè, cioccolate calde per tutti i gusti. Consigliato.
