Qui riesco sempre a trovare l’abito giusto per qualunque occasione e tutto il personale, con la sua estrema professionalità e cortesia, riesce sempre a soddisfare ogni mia richiesta. L’ultima volta che sono capitata in negozio ero alla ricerca di un abito da cerimonia, ma avevo l’esigenza di trovare un capo con una scollatura abbastanza comoda, che mi consentisse di allattare comodamente la mia bambina. Entrando in negozio ero rimasta colpita dal vestito “Nenette” esposto in vetrina, quando l’ho provato me ne sono subito innamorata, era perfetto per me, peccato che non soddisfasse la mia particolare esigenza. Non appena ho esposto la questione al personale che, con tanta pazienza mi stava seguendo, la titolare ha chiamato immediatamente la sarta del negozio, risolvendo così la mia problematica e consentendomi di indossare per la cerimonia l’abito che più desideravo. Grazie a tutto lo staff Marynda mi sono sentita coccolata. Come sempre sono riusciti a trovare la soluzione adatta a me, senza farmi rinunciare a stile ed eleganza. I have been going to this shop for many years. For me Marynda is a guarantee! Here I can always find the right dress for any occasion and all the staff, with their extreme professionalism and courtesy, always manage to satisfy my every request. The last time I came to the store I was looking for a formal dress, but I needed to find a garment with a fairly comfortable neckline, which would allow me to comfortably breastfeed my baby girl. Entering the store I was struck by the "Nenette" dress displayed in the window, when I tried it on I immediately fell in love with it, it was perfect for me, too bad it didn't satisfy my particular need. As soon as I exposed the matter to the staff who were following me with a lot of patience, the owner immediately called the dressmaker of the shop, thus resolving my problem and allowing me to wear the dress I most desired for the ceremony. Thanks to all the Marynda staff I felt pampered. As always, they managed to find the right solution for me, without making me give up on style and elegance.
E	Edo Marto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono stati regalati due capi presi da questo negozio, vado per fare il cambio e trovo una flessibilità pessima: addirittura di sabato il cambio non viene effettuato e "come policy aziendale" (manco fossero Apple) non fanno buoni acquisto (nemmeno su roba a prezzo pieno come la mia). Commesso gentilissimo, la responsabile invece (figlia della signora in cassa) pur di propormi un paio di pantaloni (di cui non avevo bisogno) mi dice con fare spocchioso che ogni 6 mesi vanno comunque rinnovati. Certo, come no, per arricchire loro. Mi sono dovuto accontentare di roba che non mi serviva, ma almeno so che non ci tornerò. F	Francesco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un cambio d'abbigliamento. Non avendo loro la disponibilità di una taglia in più del prodotto mi sono dovuto accontentare a prendere l'unica taglia rimasta. Oltretutto non è possibile fare un secondo cambio ne tantomeno convertirlo in un buono. Praticamente non esiste nessuna elasticità per quanto riguarda la sostituzione degli articoli. Se dovessi fare un regalo, certamente non mi rivolgerei più a questo negozio. Oltretutto poca simpatia da parte delle commesse e a volte anche molto scortesi. For a change of clothing. Da loro ho svolto alternanza scuola-lavoro, ed essendo il mio primo percorso “professionale” avevo molta paura di quello che mi aspettava, ma loro mi hanno fatto sentire a casa. Posso solo che ringraziarle infinitamente (una ad una) per tutti gli insegnamenti che mi hanno dato. Dietro Marynda c’è una storia fantastica e una famiglia molto accogliente e calorosa.
