★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’agenzia non è stata professionale. Ho visto l’appartamento per prima quando ancora non era neanche online ed ho da subito manifestato interesse. Mi era stato detto 600€ spese di condominio comprese e dopo una notte il prezzo è salito a 650€. Nonostante questo, mi hanno fatto aspettare una settimana per ricevere la proposta che non è mai arrivata. Mi hanno chiamato oggi dicendo che l’appartamento è stato affittato ad un ragazzo per 50€ in più, senza neanche darmi l’opportunità di entrare nella contrattazione. Non c’è che dire, molto poco professionali.
The agency was not professional. I saw the apartment first when it wasn't even online yet and I immediately expressed interest. I was told 600 € condominium expenses included and after one night the price went up to 650 €. Despite this, they made me wait a week to receive the proposal that never arrived. They called me today saying that the apartment was rented to a guy for 50 € more, without even giving me the opportunity to enter into bargaining. There is nothing to say, very unprofessional.
