Ordine effettuato mercoledi 17 novembre, ieri chiamo per sapere a che punto fosse, mi rispondono che in giornata avrebbero spedito
il pacco e oggi massimo venerdì sarebbe arrivato . Oggi non vedendo nessuna notifica dal corriere Richiamo, mi viene detto che per domani sarebbe arrivata la merce. Ricevo una mail adesso con scritto che forse non sarebbe arrivata la merce in tempo x domani ( in quanto ho un evento di Natale in negozio) se volevo annullare l'ordine ? neanche il mal di pancia di tirare su la cornetta!! Delusissima e rimasta a piedi a Ridosso del Natale!
Incompetence and unreliability
Order placed on Wednesday 17 November, I called yesterday to find out at what point it was, they reply that they would have shipped the same day
the package and today maximum Friday would arrive. Today, not seeing any notification from the courier I recall, I am told that the goods would arrive for tomorrow. I receive an email now saying that maybe the goods would not arrive in time for tomorrow (as I have a Christmas event in the shop) if I wanted to cancel the order ? not even the stomach ache to pick up the phone !! Very disappointed and left walking behind Christmas!
