★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Il problema sta nelle 24 ore per la consegna. Non esiste che consegnino entro il tempo indicato! Noi abbiamo fatto due ordini a distanza di pochi giorni uno dall'altro e puntualmente le scatole sono arrivate oltre le 48 ore. Prima danno la colpa al corriere che non ha ritirato, poi il corriere manda una mail per scusarsi e che il tutto arriverà il giorno successivo. Ti dicono anche che ti rimborsano il 10% della spesa se non sono consegnate in tempo, ma attenzione, il rimborso consiste nello sconto sull'ordine successivo...
Very nice and helpful staff. The problem lies in the 24 hours for delivery. There is no way they deliver within the indicated time! We placed two orders within a few days of each other and the boxes arrived on time after 48 hours. First they blame the courier who did not collect, then the courier sends an email to apologize and that everything will arrive the next day. They also tell you that they will refund you 10% of the cost if they are not delivered on time, but beware, the refund consists of the discount on the next order ...
